I love the biscuits. I think that there were lots of knitters around in 1920 & 30s, I was impressed by the hand knits worn by the actors in the recent TV series South Riding

ReplyDeletethe old vintage knits! Often though in 2, 3 or 4 ply quite fine!! But look beautiful because they are so fine!!
My personal favourites are the old 1950s Mary Maxim patterns!
